At Greenwood, we understand that each of the people we serve has unique needs. Our individualized services are designed to address and respect these needs. We offer diagnostic assessments and testing for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for those diagnosed with ASD. Through ABA therapy, we target adaptive, social, communication, pre-vocational and vocation skills in both adults and children as young as 2.

To access any of these services, please complete the Greenwood Intake Form. If you are interested in an ASD assessment, please also complete the appropriate Developmental History form. You may submit the completed forms by email, mail, or fax. You may also drop the forms off at Greenwood. Contact information including addresses is listed under “Contact” on the main menu.
